Resin Domed Badges

Extremely durable and soft to the touch, Tufflex resin domed badges and labels are an incredibly popular, eye-catching way to add to the perceived value of your product. These resin domed badges are suitable for interior and exterior use, and can be created without prohibitive setup costs.

What are resin DOMED badges?

By pouring a controlled amount of resin onto the surface of a pre-printed substrate creates a resin domed badge. Sometimes called bubble badges, the resin domed badges will not shrink, fade or crack, so will be incredibly long lasting. As the materials used are also very flexible, these domed badges and labels are hugely versatile as they can be applied to convex and semi-ridged surfaces.

Our resin domed badges, also referred to as Tufflex, are a very versatile way of branding your products. They are incredibly tactile and give a three-dimensional aspect that will appeal to your end users. Our resin is UV resistant and self-healing, which enables it to be utilised in almost any environment. Resin domed badges can be used to brand both interior and exterior products.
