A Legacy of Precision
Established in 1982, Diametric has spent over four decades building a reputation as a trusted manufacturer of premium commercial badges and labels. From our early days to our current Swanmore Head Office, our longstanding commitment to the product design and manufacturing industry has been driven by continuous research, development and a passion for precision.
Our Story
Diametric is a multi-award-winning company, with over four decades of industry experience. We operate across two sites in the South of England and have been proudly branding global products from hyper-cars to spacesuits since 1982.
Our founders, Geoff and Ann Cull, established the business when conversations around their kitchen table about supplying electroform badges became a reality. Diametric’s first office was based in Bishops Waltham, only a few miles from Swanmore where our sales office is now based.
In 1988, operations were expanded with a manufacturing facility acquisition based on the Isle of Wight. This quickly led to an increase in the range of in-house processes on offer, including resin coated badges and asset labelling. We developed our in-house services even further in 2010 with the incorporation of a full component assembly line to support growth and increase quality control.
Over the years, we have achieved multiple industry specific accreditations, including IATF16949 and JLRQ. Our team of expert staff has increased to 31 across both sites. We have also seen four successful management buy-outs to existing members of staff, staying true to Geoff and Ann’s vision of maintaining an employee-centric business.
