Diametric grows team with new hire and promotion

Diametric has strengthened its team with a new hire and the promotion of a key member of staff.

Anso Dietrichsen has been promoted to sales and marketing executive after four years at Diametric. Anso previously held the roles of account coordinator and assembly coordinator, which has given her a comprehensive knowledge of the manufacturing process complete and puts her in an excellent position to market Diametric’s services to new and existing clients. Anso will now take responsibility for brand management and protecting Diametric’s corporate identity.

Anso said: “I am excited to take on this role and responsibility. I am passionate about keeping Diametric at the forefront of the manufacturing industry and ensuring our customers hear about the latest innovations before anyone else.”

Derek Daas has joined Diametric as operations manager and is the main point of contact for the sales account managers and the assembly team, taking over duties from Anso’s previous role. Derek has 30 years of experience in the industry at many different levels, including as a systems test engineer for fibre optic instrumentation and in the thermo-plastics industry as both a service engineer and technical sales manager.
