Job Vacancy – Sales Office Administrator

We are looking for a Sales Office Administrator to join our fantastic team at Diametric.

Flexible and enthusiastic, you will bring your experience of administration and planning to ensure we meet our customers delivery requirements. We are leaders in our industry and we want you to help us maintain our position as an authority in industrial badging.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing automotive schedules and delivery expectations
  • Efficiently processing customer orders to support our sales account managers
  • Supply chain management
  • Completing other office duties, when required, to support staff holiday/absence

  • Proactive attitude & passionate to support your colleagues

The skills you’ll need:

  • GCSEs Grade A-C (Maths & English essential)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data entry skills
  • Confident and experienced using MS Office
  • Clean driving license

Hours and salary:

  • Mon – Thurs: 08:45 – 17:30 & Fri: 08:45 – 12:30
  • Salary: £ 24,000.00p
