Job Vacancy – Logistics Coordinator

Due to recent internal promotions, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Logistics Coordinator to join our amazing team at Diametric. Flexible and adaptable, you’ll bring your experience and enthusiasm to our team to help us drive the business forward.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Processing and coordinating the daily schedule requirements
  • Supporting customer specific shipping requirements
  • Managing stock control received from our global supply chain
  • Export declarations
  • Administrative duties
  • Providing assistance in our quality & inspection dpt.
  • Coordinating and managing routine stock takes

Who you’ll be:

  • Able to consistently provide first-class accuracy and attention to detail
  • A great communicator who can build authentic and meaningful relationships
  • Self-motivated and thrive in a team environment
  • Great at time management and prioritising workload
  • Results driven and supportive of your colleagues

The skills you’ll need:

  • GCSEs Grade A-C (Maths & English essential)
  • Good IT (Microsoft Office essential) and database knowledge
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills

Hours and salary:

  • Mon – Thurs: 08:45 – 17:30 & Fri: 08:45 – 12:30
  • Salary: subject to experience
