Job Vacancy – Customer Account Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Customer Account Manager to join our friendly and dynamic Sales team, based at our Swanmore office (SO32). This is an exciting role, created to support our plans for growth.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring a rise in sales revenue
  • Providing our customers with a consistently high level of service
  • Dealing with all customer enquiries efficiently, producing quotes and converting to orders
  • Proactively generating sales by identifying business opportunities with new and existing customers
  • Generating warm leads for targeted marketing
  • Managing and updating our CRM system

Additional skills you’ll need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good IT and database knowledge
  • Clean driving licence

Previous account management/sales experience within the manufacturing sector is desirable, but not essential. We will provide you with all the necessary training to develop your technical understanding of our products. Please note that this role is office-based at our Swanmore site with occasional travel to visit customers.
