Diametric has been recognised for the quality and service that we provide to our customers.

We currently hold certificates of registration for both BS EN ISO 9001 & 14001 on our manufacturing facilities, and IATF 16949 & ISO 14001 on our Head Office, both of which are audited by the British Standards Institution (BSI). In addition to the BSI accreditation, we also hold Jaguar Land Rover’s unique quality award JLRQ.

One of our key aims is for 100% of deliveries to be on time, with no rejects.
Diametric comply with the requirements of the Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive (RoHS). Corporate Social Responsibility

We care deeply about the impact our company has on the environment. We recognise that Diametric inevitably has an affect on the local community and we are committed to working hard to minimise this.

Steps we take include using electronic communication wherever possible, and introducing recycling initiatives throughout our offices and production facilities. The installation of LED lighting, and increased awareness by our staff and housekeeping teams, helps us reduce our electricity consumption, which in turn allows us to contribute to reducing UK emissions.

Social and corporate responsibility extends to everything that is produced by a business, how it effects the environment, its people and the wider community. In recognition of this Diametric was awarded the ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Standard), the only certificate issued by an external certification authority that acknowledges our thorough waste management procedures. We aim to act responsibly and consider the environment, in addition to other social, economic and ethical factors such as: good safe working conditions, fair wages and benefits, regulated working hours and employment of persons of the age in accordance to local labour laws. We expect the same of our suppliers and will not trade with any supplier not meeting our standard of corporate social responsibility.
